All delivery to UK and BT postcodes is FREE.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail on a 1st class signed for service.  Orders of a total over £50.00 will be dispatched on a Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

If your item has not been delivered 15 days from the dispatch date please contact us at

We will then place a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and issue a replacement item or a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders will only be made and dispatched upon receipt of full payment.


Personalised items are not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations.

This does not effect your statutory rights.

If an item is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Where we have requested the item to be returned you will be advised on the appropriate method of return.  You will be offered a replacement or refund upon the return of the damaged item(s). The amount of refund will consist of the item(s) price at purchase, original postage costs and return postage unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is not to your specifications and the fault of toppers delights we will ask you to return the item via the appropriate method of return.  You will be offered a replacement or refund.

If an item is not correct due to a mistake made by the customer we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.  Please contact us to see if we can help.

All items that are personalised are NOT covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and non- returnable in the event of a customer changing there mind.  The 7 day cancellation period does not apply.

All other products within the 7 days following the receipt of the item may be returned, where we will process the refund within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the product(s)  and are satisfied the product has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered and not used.
